Mali Losinj is the largest city on the island Losink in Croatia .The city is located in the county Primorje-Gorski Kotar. Approx. 8,400 inhabitants live in the city. The town lies in a broad bay is well protected, south-east of the island.
Tourism is the main industry.There are several hotels and accommodations in and around the city. There are several sandy beaches and good conditions for parasailing, wind surfing, diving and cycling including Off the coast there are several shipwrecks as far back as 200 years Among the city's attractions include St. Martin's church, the Benedictine monastery of St. Nicholas from the 1100s. Losinj Airport is located 13 kilometers outside the center.
