Norwich belongs to the county of Norfolk in the region of East Anglia. The city is located in the southeastern part of England and it is only 30 km to the east coast bordering the North Sea.Norwich is located on the River Wensum, just above the place where meetings Wensum River Yare which flows into the North Sea. In the 1000-century Norwich was the second largest city, and today lives in excess of 130 000 inhabitants in the city (2008).
Norwich reaches 1000 years back in time and has much history to offer. Although the city suffered during the 2 World War II, it is still a good example of a medieval town. The cathedral was built during 1000-century and parts of the old city wall still stands. Norwich deadlines also picturesque and ancient gardens as well as the natural theme park Go Ape! The airport is Norwich International Airport is located just 5 km outside the city center.
