Kos Island International Airport "Hippocrates" (KGS) is a small airport located 26 km west of the town of Kos .Olympic Airways shuttle bus connects with the departures and provide transportation between the airport and the city of Kos. Local buses KTEL go to the cities of Kos, Kardhamena, Kefalos and Seagulls, and stops just outside the airport.
