This building is Ireland's oldest municipal building. It is named after the city's founder, and has an exhibition showing the history of Waterford. The city has a relaxed atmosphere and offers more architectural, artistic, historical and other sights. The areas around Waterford offers good conditions for hiking, biking and bird watching in the Blackwater Estuary. There are also several beaches and fishing villages within easy reach.
