Governor’s Palace is a beautiful building that was erected in the 1700s, and the Capuchin monastery from the 1600s have a much visited crypt with the remains of the former monks. Spilberk Castle is today a museum and was a notorious prison in 1700 – and 1800’s. The museum is located just outside the center. In the zoo Brno Zoo a rrangeres the various festivities to celebrate the holidays and births of new animals.
