Podgorica is located in the southwestern part of Montenegro with only an hour drive to the coastal towns in the west bordering the Adriatic Sea.Through the city flows the river Moraca, Ribnica, Zeta, Sitnica and Cijevna and Podgorica is located about 20 km from Moraca expired in Shkodërsjøen. Podgorica offers several museums such as the historic Podgorica City Museum and Modern Art Gallery.
